Step to Reset Password
1. Go to Reset Password Page
First, go to the reset menu page on this link. In the "Email" form, enter the email associated with your account. Then, click the submit button.
2. Check Your Email
If you see the notification "We have e-mailed your password reset link!" it means the email to get a reset password link has already been sent. You can check your email with the email associated with your account. In that email, click the "reset password" button. Sometimes, email delivery can be delayed, so please don't re-enter step number 1. If you still have same issue you can ask us at email "[email protected]" or whatsapp "+62 821-3131-3421".
3. Confirmation your New Password
After clicking the button in the email, you will be redirected to a new page. On that page, please fill in the form by entering a new password in the "Password" field. For confirmation, re-type the new password in the "Confirm Password" field, and then click the "Reset Password" button. After that, you can log in with your new password.
