Every stunning piece at Bali Jewelry begins with a carefully crafted sketch. Our design process starts by translating ideas into detailed drawings that capture the essence of your vision. Whether it's a custom request or a new collection, these sketches serve as the foundation, ensuring that each element of the design is thoughtfully planned. Our team of artisans then transforms these sketches into breathtaking, handcrafted jewelry that reflects both creativity and craftsmanship.

Once the design is conceptualized, we create a wax model that forms the foundation of the jewelry piece. This manufacturing step is essential in determining the intricacy and structure of the final design.

• Design Rendering: Before carving begins, the design is carefully drafted, either digitally or on paper.
• Wax Carving: Expert wax carvers meticulously sculpt the wax into the desired shape, ensuring all details are captured.

In the casting stage, the wax model is encased in a mold, which is then filled with molten silver. This casting method in our manufacture, known as lost wax casting, is one of the oldest techniques in jewelry-making.

• Mold Creation: The wax model is covered in plaster and heated, causing the wax to melt away and leaving behind a mold.
• Silver Pouring: Molten silver is poured into the mold, taking the shape of the wax model.

Once the casting is complete, the jewelry piece undergoes a series of finishing steps to refine its appearance.

• Filling: Artisans carefully file down any excess metal, smooth out rough edges, and refine details.
• Polishing: The jewelry is polished multiple times to bring out the shine and smoothness that gives each piece a radiant finish.

For some designs that incorporate gemstones, our skilled setters delicately place each stone by hand. This ensures a secure and precise fit, enhancing the beauty of the final product.

• Stone Selection: Carefully chosen gemstones are prepared for setting.
• Hand Setting: The stones are meticulously placed and secured into the jewelry, adding a touch of elegance.

Before any piece leaves our manufacture, it undergoes careful quality control checks. Every aspect, from design accuracy to structural integrity, is thoroughly inspected to meet Bali Jewelry’s high standards.

After passing our final checks, each piece is carefully packaged, reflecting the concern and craftsmanship involved in its creation. From our workshop in Bali, the jewelry is shipped to clients worldwide, ensuring it arrives safely and ready to be worn.
