- Our products are made from 925 Sterling Silver and 18K solid yellow gold.
- All pricing is consistently adjusted based on the dynamic global silver market to ensure fair and accurate rates.
- Production time is approximately 2-3 weeks (depending on order quantity) after finalizing the down payment and confirming the order.
- Items sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The down payment (DP) is non-refundable. Once a project has been agreed upon or is in progress, it cannot be canceled, as both parties have already committed to start the project.
- We only accept items for repair due to manufacturing defects or breakage within 2 years of purchase.
- Repairs are free of charge, but shipping costs both ways and any duty taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- To file a complaint regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items, you must provide a clear unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened.
- The unboxing video must be continuous (unedited) and clearly show the package’s condition, shipping label, and all items inside.
- Without an unboxing video, we regret that we cannot process any claims regarding missing or incorrect items.
