It all starts with your idea. Whether you have a sketch, a photo, or just a concept in mind, share it with us. Our design team will work closely with you to understand your preferences, style, and inspiration.
To begin the custom design, we require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 pieces per style or design model that you submit to us. This ensures that we can efficiently manage production while maintaining the high-quality craftsmanship you expect.
Once we understand your vision, our skilled artisans will guide you through the options—whether it’s selecting the finest materials, choosing a particular gemstone, or deciding on intricate design details. We’ll ensure every detail is just right.
Before starting bulk production, we can create a sample for you to check the quality. However, please note that there will be a design cost.
Once the sample is ready, we’ll send you photos and videos to review the craftsmanship, or we can ship the sample to you directly. After you approve the sample, we’ll begin bulk production and will only charge you price per item you order without the need to pay any design cost again.
We require a 50% down payment based on the total value in the proforma invoice. This initial payment is necessary to confirm your order and initiate the production process. Once the down payment is received, we will begin crafting your items. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the order, before shipping or delivery. This payment structure helps us ensure a smooth and efficient process, allowing us to focus on delivering high-quality craftsmanship tailored to your needs.
The estimated completion time for your custom order is about 3-4 weeks after we receive your payment. This allows us enough time to handle the complexities of customization and ensure the best quality craftsmanship.
Once the design is finalized, our experienced Balinese silversmiths will meticulously craft your custom piece. We take pride in our traditional craftsmanship, blending ancient techniques with modern design sensibilities.
